Independent concept / A process diagram without the detour

The long way round

A self-initiated schematic explaining a fictional document-review route.

The long way round: original explanatory diagram
Original concept study. All labels, scenarios and example values are illustrative.

The reading problem

Make a sequence and a decision point readable without turning a process into a wall of arrows.

A deliberate arrangement

The route separates the main path from a revision loop. Short labels describe an action, while the reading order gives the diagram a stable direction. The drawing is a conceptual explanation, not a tested operational workflow.

To commission a comparable piece, define the intended reader, approve the source information and identify the environment in which the visual will be used. The format and editing requirements follow that context.

Self-initiated fictional brief. No client commission, external validation or real-world research result is claimed.
